THE BIG CHILL
Coming up on Saturday the 8th August, I’ll be heading to the fantastic Big Chill Festival in Malvern, to do that thing I do in the Rizla tent, round about 11 until close. Kind of a late edition to proceedings, so not much of a heads up I know, but very much looking forward to taking it all in down there !
I know I’m pretty slack at updating this little blog/site of mine, and I’ll spare you the excuses (although parenting and record distribution are incredibly time consuming !). By way of apology, here’s a snippet from a recent gig for the crew over at Subject in Dublin:

Yes yes ! Last bit of news for this post – I’ll be heading over to my second home; Sydney, for the last two weeks in October.
A few tasty gigs lined up, including my favourite place to play in that hemisphere or any other, Mad Racket who’ll be celebrating their 11th year of party throwing par excellence, can’t wait !

hey fella
absolutely mad fan of yours… you are my favourite dj/producer hands down. got vast majority of primitive/swag/odori on wax – which is saying something considering not much made it down to NZ where i’m hailing from. saw you play at the Wyndham St Bowling Club years ago… and that is unfortunately the only time. gave up djing myself (medical school and family) but your mixes have kept me going… really loving the discofreestyle also.
the subject mix is one of my favourites – been trying to figure the tracks but so hard to find info on them… any chance you could tell me the name of the track with the sample “happiness is drifting out of sight”? the second track (with the rap) is also killer. the whole mix rules and a tracklist would end hours of google pain for me!!!
anyway… thanks so much for all the tunes and mixes. love your styles. =P
